We (Kapelebyong district) held our second stakeholders coordination meeting for yellow fever vaccination, today.
Key to note on the exercise;
1. We rank 2nd in Teso.
2. Cumulatively, the District has vaccinated 67,527 (65%) against target of 103,944.
3. More two mop up days have been added. So the mass vaccination exercise will not end on 8th but 10th/April/2024.
4. Even after mass vaccination, the YF vaccine can be acquired at our health facilities.
